Nutrition Care & Meals

  • Menu planning
  • Managing food hygiene

Community Support Services

  • Accompanying and support on trips
  • Going out to social groups/community events
  • Escort the service user to health appointment

Sleep in care service

  • Sleep in and assist during the night if need
  • Keep observations throughout the night

Waking night care service

  • Someone to stay awake and keep observations throughout the night
  • Complete general domestic tasks
  • Ensure the clients wellbeing during the night
  • Assistance with using the bathroom
  • Getting changed
  • Getting up and about
  • Breakfast preparation

Comfort care round

  • Last call of the day to ensure all care needs have been completed
  • Check wellbeing and safety of the individual
  • Ensure medication has been complete
  • Safely check surroundings
